By creating an account or using Fix Style in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Fix Style provides AI-powered appearance improvement guidance — analysis, pathways, wardrobe recommendations, and concept visual previews. The service is for personal, non-commercial use only and is not a medical, dental, dermatological, or nutritional service. See the Disclaimer for full scope limitations.
You may upload only photographs that depict yourself. Uploading photographs of any other individual — including friends, family members, public figures, deceased persons, minors, or anyone who has not given explicit consent for AI appearance analysis — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. By uploading, you confirm that the images depict you and that you have the right to upload them.
You retain ownership of every photo you upload. By uploading, you grant Fix Style a limited license to process your images solely to generate your personalized analysis and previews. We do not use your images to train AI models, and we do not share them with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
You may delete your uploaded photos, your analyses, and your entire account at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and removes your photos, analyses, pathway, wardrobe, previews, and progress data from our systems.
You may not: upload images depicting anyone other than yourself; harass, defame, or attempt to identify other individuals using the platform; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; use the platform to generate content for non-personal commercial purposes; or attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or content safety systems.
Wardrobe and product recommendations may include affiliate links. Fix Style may earn a commission on qualifying purchases through these links at no additional cost to you. Affiliate partnerships do not influence which products are recommended for you.
Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Fix Style is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for outcomes — social, professional, romantic, financial, or otherwise — resulting from actions taken based on our guidance. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
